Go to www.summercreekorchestra.com and login or register. If you have a Membership Toolkit account for any organization, you can use the same login. If not, the parent will need to register a new account and then add their student information selecting their ensemble. You will then see the Midwest Clinic payment information under My Forms/Paperwork on the Parent tab.
Uniform:
Attire is All black, including tux shirts. Shoulders covered, floor length dresses, black socks/pantyhose/leggings. Only visible skin should be arms, neck, and head.
Midwest Shirt:
All students attending Midwest Clinic will receive a midwest clinic shirt. Our generous Midwest Corporate Sponsors are providing shirts for each student. You DO NOT need to order a shirt for your student. Any family, friends, or chaperones wanting to purchase a shirt can order below. Shirt orders will close November 17th at 3pm.
